The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Foundation has launched its Make It a Million Scholarship Campaign, and is asking all Academy leaders, members, students and affiliated organizations to come together and support this effort that will raise $1 million by the end of 2025 to help us to award $1 million in scholarships.

How to Support the Campaign

When you make a gift to the Make It a Million Scholarship Campaign you will be supporting this general scholarship fund and helping to build the next generation of food and nutrition practitioners. Every gift, no matter what amount, matters and helps us get to our Make It a Million Scholarship Campaign goal to raise $1 million over the next three years in order to build resources that will enable the Foundation to award $1 million in scholarships annually. If you would like to make a pledge to this Campaign and pay off your donation over a period of time, fill out a pledge form.

Scholarships Make A Difference in the Lives of Hundreds of Students Each Year

The Foundation awards hundreds of scholarships each year, including our Advancing Community Dietetics Scholarship, which supports the educational advancement of aspiring dietitians well-positioned to work with individuals of underserved communities and provides two dietetic interns with $25,000 each. While other Foundation scholarships range from $500 to $20,000 each and are available to students at all levels of study, including undergraduate, graduate, doctoral and dietetic technician programs, as well as dietetic interns.
