A Story that Gives Back - Inspiring Kids to Eat Right and Explore New Foods

Academy Foundation Kids Eat Right Collaboration with Award-Winning RDN Author, David Grotto, MS, RDN, LDN, FAND

As part of its Kids Eat Right program, the Foundation is collaborating with award-winning author and registered dietitian David Grotto, MS, RDN, LDN, FAND. During the month of October, a portion of the sales from Grotto’s new children’s book, The Girls Who Lived in the Refrigerator, will be donated to the Foundation.

This delightful story tells the tale of three magical food fairies and a little boy named Sam as they embark upon an adventure to explore new, healthy foods. This story shares the joy and wonder that come with learning to be brave and discovering delicious bites.
